What was the experience of your 1st Baptiste class?

I thought I might die halfway through- but when I finished I couldn't wait to go back. I felt like I finally found an opening to myself that had been hidden for years.

Why do you Practice Baptiste Yoga?

I practice because I need it! It has opened my heart and mind in ways that I never thought were possible. I have finally started to love my body for the first time in my life.

Why do you teach Baptiste Yoga?

Teaching Baptiste has changed my life. holding space for people to unfold and find things in themselves; weather it be space, compassion, relief from depression etc. has been the best experience of my life. I know that sharing this practice is part of my lifes
